Tips for losing weight
1. Concentrate on what you eat: Do not snack while doing other things such as watching TV because we may not know how much we have consumed.
2. Regulate the meal times, i.e., eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner in a particular and regular time.
3. Cultivate the habit of eating healthy foods on a daily basis. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the day. This will help with your cravings for junk food and just after a few days this will make you feel much healthier and fitter.
4. Start and finish eating for the day early. Do not eat anything-after-8 pm. Our body is most active during the daytime so it will burn more calories then that at night.
5. Avoid eating night snacks as they can prevent you from losing weight.
6. Eat lots of vegetables. Vegetables burn more calories than those packed in the vegetables themselves. Also, the fiber present in vegetables gives a sense of fullness to the stomach. By taking lots of fruits and raw vegetables is also a best way as vegetables have all the necessary vitamins , that our body needs.
8. Take a walk each and every day, start walking for 15 min and then build to 45 min.
9. Exercise regularly and this limits stress and anxiety.
10. Watch TV not more than 2 h a day because it makes you lazy and also you snack while watching.
11. Avoid eating oily foods .Using less oil will break down the calories.
12.Taking carrot juice with buttermilk without adding salt or sugar in empty stomach will reduce weight.
13. Taking Black Grapes without sugar in empty stomach is a best way to reduce excess weight.
Above all doing our regular exercise and following healthy diet will have a good result. Exercise keeps your mind and body fresh .
